If you have a written prescription, you will have to bring it in or mail the written prescription to the pharmacy or have your prescriber re-send it in using the methods listed above.

Shipping Policy:

1. You will get an invoice before product formulation to reflect shipping cost and additional requirements (Example, some states require driver license information to be on file for controlled substances. You may be required to send a copy). If it is OK with you, pay the invoice, if not, reply to cancel the order. It is as simple as that.
2. Refrigerated items only ship overnight.
3. Time sensitive medications (shelf-life of 30 days or less) ship overnight or max 2nd day.
4. All overnight shipping is from Mon - Thur. Second day is Mon - Sat.
5. Rates are different for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. This will be reflected in the invoice.
6. We do not ship overseas at this time.
7. Signature required for delivery of controlled substances.

1. You will get an invoice via text or email when your prescription has been received and verified by our pharmacists.
2. Formulation will begin as soon as the invoice is paid. We do not pre-formulate any product under any circumstances (Even if it is a REFILL!). This is a big difference between us and the big compounding pharmacies that automate everything.
3. We accept and encourage you to use your FSA or HSA card. Insurance does not cover compounded medications.
4. We encourage you to call us to put your FSA/HSA card on file with the pharmacy management system. This can then be billed at your request. Some FSA/HSA cards may not allow online payments. Having the card on file with our point of sale pharmacy management system will avoid this.
5. Please know that you can pay with other means of payment such as credit, debit or PayPal depending on the terms of the invoice you receive.

1. Compounded or personalized prescriptions are not returnable and as such cannot be refunded. If it is our error, we will gladly make it right for you at no cost to you.
2. We do not practice auto-ship due to some of the reasons above. Prescriptions are not commodities. Also auto-ship means they can formulate your product for the life of the refills to save money and have it ready when it is time to ship. The only way they compensate you for this is by giving you 10% off. This is not a good professional practice as the product will not be fresh. Please request a refill about 5 days before you run out.
3. Veterinary: We do not refund or accept return of a product if your pet does not like it or cannot take it for one reason or another. The most common complaint with other veterinary compounding pharmacies is the taste of a suspension.
   
   Most pharmacies will dispense an oil based formulation because it provides a longer BUD (Beyond Use Date) compared to water based suspensions which has shorter BUD, and some don't require refrigerated shipping saving them money.
   Unfortunately, most vet ingredients are not oil soluble and will leave an after taste or bitterness will be hard to mask making it unpalatable to your pet. Please know that some ingredients are not water-soluble either.
   
   With oil based formulations, we do our best to make it palatable for pets. If the ingredient is oil soluble, we use an oil base so your pet will love it.
   
   But we highly recommend water based formulation when the ingredient is not oil soluble, but then again the BUD is shorter meaning you will have to order a product every 30 days or less.
   
   But what is the use getting a medication your pet will not like? We understand this and make it right for you by reducing your overnight shipping fees, not charging for packaging using ice packs or special packaging and above all using sterile water in making the suspension. The only thing, your vet will have to specify "Water based formulation" on the prescription to get these discounts.
   
   Please encourage your vet to use our prescription building portal. The Vet can specify this and other special requests during the Rx building process.

2. Encourage your prescriber to use our prescription building portal. It is very interactive and fun to use. Example, they can review ingredient SDS (Safety Data Sheets), Allergen declaration, Specify what kind of base/filler to use, obtain animal testing statements and know how much the prescription will cost while building the prescription. After-all, the prescription is being personalized for you and they know you better.
3. Do not hesitate to call, email or text us. Even just to tell us you like our product or where we need to improve on.
4. Please fill out our survey if you receive one from us. We want to know if we are doing things right. Like, is packaging OK? Do we need to improve our formulation methods? Or even change ingredient suppliers. Surveys are very important to us. Thank you for your time.

6. Send us pictures of your pets, we love to see them! You can always upload them when requesting a refill, creating a profile or email it to us. We will always ask you for permission to use the picture in advertising, competitions and in any form.
