Miles Connect LLC DBA Red Apple Interactive Pharmacy is very concerned about our user privacy issues and wants you to be familiar with how we may use and disclose the information, and how you can control, correct and/or update the information.
This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information that we collect through software applications (like mobile applications) and websites (https://www.redapplepharmacy.com, https://www.redapplepharmacy.com, https://www.blog.redapplepharmacy.com), the APPS Self-Care Med and Red Apple Pharmacy that we operate and that contain or link to this Privacy Policy (such applications and websites, the "Applications").
By opening and using these Applications, you are accepting the policies and practices described in this Policy. Each time you use the Applications, you agree and expressly consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of the information that you provide as described in this Policy.
INFORMATION COLLECTED ABOUT YOU
1. Personal Information
Defined as information you provide to identify yourself while using parts of the Application or doing business with us. These are:
- First name
- Email Address
- City and State
- Gender
- Child's first name (dosing)
2. De-identified Health Information
These are health information that cannot be used to identify our users in any shape or form. These include:
- Name of medication you gave your child
- Dose
- What it was given for
3. Analytics that help us identify user's browsing interests such as your location, type of device used.
Your social media account information should you share such information with us.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your personal information is used to identify you while using our services such as making pharmacy services appointments, saving and retrieving a dose, leaving a comment or using our nearby health facility service on our apps.
Your child's first name is for your own personal use to identify who the dose belongs to.
How we may use your information:
- To send to you information regarding the Applications, our services and changes to our terms, conditions and policies.
- To respond to your inquiries. Especially when you initiate a contact with a pharmacist. We do not save or collect user's phone numbers unless you request us to.
- To notify you in case of urgent medical situations like a drug manufacturer recalling a medication you got a dose for to give to your child.
- To send to you marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you.
- To personalize your experience on the Applications by presenting products and offers tailored to you.
- Your location data may be used to target advertiser's products to you. Example, we may want to advertise our pharmacy services on FaceBook to you or we may want to show you the nearest dentist to you if we feel you need such a service. The dentist may or may not be an advertiser.
- To enable you to participate in sweepstakes, surveys or contests that we offer or administer.
- We use your information when you indicate that you are interested in receiving information about our products or services, such as e-mail alerts, newsletters, and other notifications.
- For our business purposes, such as quality assessment, data analysis, audits, developing new products, enhancing the Applications, improving our services, identifying usage trends.
We May also use your personal information as we believe to be necessary or appropriate:
- Under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence;
- To comply with legal process;

CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
The only information we collect about a child is the first name. This is for your use in identifying who you gave a dose to only. You can choose to use pseudo names if you prefer.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third party, including, without limitation, any vendor, any healthcare providers, and, if applicable, Apple, Inc. Please note that the Applications may include the ability to access and submit certain information directly to third-party services such as telemedicine providers without notifying you; if you use such functionality, such third-party services’ collection, use and disclosure of such directly accessed or submitted information will be subject to such services’ applicable privacy policies, and not to this Privacy Policy.
We may use third-party advertising companies to display advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to you when you access and use the Applications, based on information relating to your access to and use of the Applications and other online services. These companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through the use of pixel tags). This Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Applications and does not apply to these third parties. The ability to access information of third parties from the Applications does not signify our endorsement of such third parties, their products, services, websites, locations or their content.
